Coyote Village Residence Application

After the application is complete, mail the application & contract with a $250 security deposit to:

Please send check or money order only. Please do not mail cash.

The security deposit is refundable before your contract is signed. After your contract is signed, the deposit will be held by Coyote Village management for the term of the contract.

Accommodations are limited and will be leased on a first-come, first-served basis.The acceptance of the application does not ensure an accommodation. An accomodation is reserved only upon execution of the contract agreement by all parties.
